Manage your devices
You can review the devices that have been used to login to online and mobile banking.
On the Manage devices page you can review the devices that were used to login to online and mobile banking. From here, you can lock or unlock the devices to enable or disable their access to these digital banking channels.
- Go to My Profile and Preferences in the navigation bar along the top of online banking. Under the Security heading, select Manage devices in the drop down.
- Devices used to access your account information are registered and organized chronologically, from the most recent access to oldest.
Narrow your search by selection the magnifying glass icon and entering dates in the Registered From field. Select Search to see results. - Review the list of devices used to access your account through online and mobile banking. Here you will find information about the:
- Operating system used
- Application (Mobile or Online Banking)
- Model/Browser
- Registration date (The last date the banking channel was accessed)
- Status (Active or Locked)
- If the device status is Active, it is available to be used for mobile or online banking. If you wish to lock this device, select the lock icon next to it.
- If the device status is Locked, it is not available to be used for mobile or online banking. To set the device to active, select the unlock icon next to it.
- To see older online and mobile banking registration activity, select the page icons at the bottom or narrow your search using the Registered From search feature.
- When your device review is complete, and you have managed devices that can be used to access your account, you can Return to the Online Banking Homepage by clicking the Alterna Savings Logo in the top left-hand corner.
