If you have an existing policy through our previous program with CUMIS General Insurance Company and have questions about your policy or need assistance, please visit www.cumis.com or call 1-800-263-9120. 

In the event you’d need to submit a claim on your Member Protection by Co-operators policy, you can do so at any time. Simply call Co-operators at 1-877-682-5246.
