Alterna's commitment to employee growth was evidenced through significant investments in professional development, which include continuing education and development opportunities.

This focus on development yielded impressive results, with 66 team members promoted to new levels of responsibility that advanced their careers within the organization.

Building a Unified Team Culture
Following the successful integration of three credit unions – Member Savings, Quinte First, and PACE (Alterna's largest integration to date) – the organization shifted focus from growing together to demonstrating that they are "better together." New team members were thoughtfully immersed into Alterna's culture through innovative approaches.

Community Connection
