To access online and mobile banking, please follow the one-time authentication process below: 

1. CLICK HERE to access online banking OR download the Alterna mobile app via the Google Play store or Apple App store. 
2. Enter your account/member number 
3. Confirm your contact details
4. Choose a secure, unique password
5. Accept the Online Access Terms and Conditions Agreement

Once you have completed the process above, you can access online and mobile banking with your login ID (member number) and password.
