Manage sender's profile
Manage your Interac e-Transfer® sender profile easily through online and mobile banking.
- Log in to online banking.
- Under Pay & Transfer in the top navigation bar of online banking, find the subhead Interac e-Transfer® and select Manage sender’s profile.
- From the Manage sender’s profile page you can review or edit your contact information, including:
- Name
- Notification method (Email, phone, or both email and phone)
- Mobile number.
- Select Continue to save any changes or Cancel to exit and return to online banking homepage.
- If you selected Continue, you will be prompted to review your Profile details. Choose:
- Cancel to return to online banking homepage and stop any changes.
- Back to continue editing your sender profile.
- Continue to conclude and confirm your sender profile changes.
- From the Continue page, you can now choose to:
- Print, Email, Export PDF your Sender profile changes, or Navigate to other banking activities like:
- Send e-Transfer
- Request e-Transfer
- View pending e-Transfers
- Return to online banking homepage.
- Print, Email, Export PDF your Sender profile changes, or Navigate to other banking activities like:
- Log in to mobile banking.
- Under Pay & Transfer in the bottom navigation of mobile banking, find the subhead My e-Transfer Profile.
- From the Manage sender’s profile screen you can review or edit your preferred Interac contact information, including:
- Name
- Notification method (Email, phone, or both email and phone)
- Mobile number.
- Select Continue to save any changes or the back arrow to exit and return to Interac e-Transfer® banking activities.
- If you selected Continue, you will be prompted to review your Profile details. Choose:
- The Back Arrow to continue editing your sender profile.
- Continue to conclude and confirm your sender profile changes.
- From the Interac profile details successfully saved page, you can now choose to:
- View the details of your sender profile,
- Share the details by Email, PDF, or other apps on your phone (text, messenger, etc.), or
- Choose Done to return to the Pay & Transfer selection screen
